This venue is conveniently located in a central area near various attractions, shops, and public transportation, with the option to enjoy traditional German meals at Ebbelwoi Unser.

We were greated by a very friendly receptionist. Made you feel most welcome and all receptionists were helpful and friendly. Able to give good advice about my travel and sightseeing questions. The breakfast was very good and fresh and constantly refilled. It was a nice quiet area to stay in on the opposite side of the river to town but there were many restaurants/pubs/cafes in the area to choose from. Walk into the old town was probably 10 - 15 Mins, not far.

The only internet available was at extremely high prices. Air conditioning would have been appreciated as very hot days and nights when we stayed. There was also no tea and coffee facilities available outside breakfast. But I would recommend this hotel outside high summer.

very nice people! especially the Frau Mayer & Frau Masha! When we reserved the room in china,there was some problems with our Visa Card & they kept our room for us & offered us very comfortable room & nice service.The breakfast is also good.

The location of the hotel was perfect - not too far from an iconic town hall. And the area was very nice, next to the airport or train station, the Christmas market in Frankfurt and transport and shops...

The superior queen room was spotless and compact with all amenities. the location is great, close to the main square of Frankfurt.

We opted for the the breakfast option and were certainly pleased with that we did as it proved very good.

Small room which badly needed updating.

Central heating, a work desk and a television with satellite channels available in the comfort queen room. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Marvellous location close enough to the river to the old part of Frankfurt, the south rail station, and Saturday open markets, 15 min walk to train station. Excellent food in the restaurants such as Atschel, located 10 min away.

The staff are patient. the hotel is charming and located close to the train station, main square of Frankfurt, and Saturday open markets. - the breakfast is great with juice and offers options for every taste.

Stayed here for one night before catching a flight. The location is safe, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was super nice and the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Europe. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom. I would recommend this hotel.
